We love the new house we bought and the contractor has finished fixing all the little things you and Donna found that were not quite right during our inspection.

I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did in selling our acreage ( five weeks) and helping us find this house. Your firm stance against the buyer`s realtor and advice to us in those negotiations certainly helped us to sell our place for a few thousand dollars more than we would have gotten otherwise. And your sharp eye helped my wife pick out a number of mistakes the contractor had made in the tile and baseboard as well as the door of the new house. I certainly want to tell you that we lucked out when we brought you in to be our realtor.

Its hard to believe its been 6 months since we have moved into the jem that you found us. We just wanted to take a moment to write you a thank you and wish you and your family all the best in the New Year. We are spending our first Christmas in our new home and took a moment to look back and realize what we were thankful for and your name came up.

We are just now starting to settle in and be comfortable and almost daily we talk about how happy we are with our home and neighbourhood. I don’t know how you did it. We just walked into your office without knowing you and being new to the city, spent a little time telling you our needs and wants and went on with our busy lives. You were able to make arrangements for us to view these properties at our convenience without missing out on opportunities which was amazing considering we were always traveling. This is a testament to your communication skills with other realtors.

The real estate firms we initially utilized verbalized plans for locating the house of our dreams did not follow through. You not only followed through with your promises but exceeded our expectations and negotiated a difficult house buy in our behalf. We were amazed at the energy and relentlessness that was shown during this entire process and the short time in which you accomplished our goals. With out a doubt we are recommending you to our friends, family and associates.

We would also like to comment on your very informative newsletter. It is a great non intrusive way of staying in touch and full of great tips that are informative, appreciated and best of all save us money.
